The Barrel Sauna also operates sites in Greystones and Tallaght. It was started by Laura and Rob, who describe it as the result of over 20 years of sweating, with the aim of making sauna a regular community practice.
The Dundrum site has 10 cold showers, a private changing area and lockers (bring your own lock), and a fully private sauna area for up to 6 people. Booking times are staggered so sessions do not feel rushed. Free parking is available at the rear of the pub, first come, first served.
