About Fad Saoil Sauna Blackrock
The business pairs traditional hot saunas with deliberate cold immersion, and its seafront and city studios welcome walk-ins. Its first sauna, an Irish sea sauna built from native Wicklow woods, opened in Greystones in January 2021.
It also runs corporate wellness offerings, including private weekday-morning sessions for teams before opening hours and bulk session packs, plus events and private hire. The site content provided does not include Blackrock-specific prices or session times.
