About Helios Sauna Rooftop
Helios Sauna was founded by Matt Burke and Mikolaj Piotrowski, who turned a derelict fisherman's cottage on the Bray seafront into an outdoor sauna and cold plunge built from repurposed whiskey barrels.
Sessions start on the hour and last about 45 minutes. Walk-ins are welcome subject to availability, first-timers are welcome, and drinks can be bought on site. Private hire and events can be enquired about.
