About The Pilates Studio Dublin
Every new client starts with a private session, which begins with a conversation about health history and goals before moving into a tailored workout on the apparatus. From there clients can continue one-to-one, train as a duet, or move into semi-private equipment classes and small mat classes when the teacher agrees they are ready.
The studio does not offer drop-ins and does not run large Reformer classes. It teaches the traditional method including more than 500 classical exercises, and offers teacher training.
