About Reformation
The studio was opened in 2019 by Annie, a Pilates educator who later studied physiotherapy. Class programming is curated by a team of physiotherapists, with progressions and regressions built into each level.
Classes are organised in three levels: Foundations for beginners, Signature at Level 2, and Elevate at Level 3 with heavier weights and more complex sequences. The studio is woman-owned and describes itself as not classical Pilates.
Alongside classes it runs teacher training courses, including Mat, Reformer and Hybrid pathways, plus pregnancy CPD. Group and corporate sessions, and a Bespoke private and small-group offer, are also available.
