About Personal Health
The clinic does not offer ad-hoc sessions. New patients start with an Initial Health Consultation, usually followed by a baseline health and strength assessment, then move onto a Foundation or Complete programme. Physiotherapy-only appointments can be booked separately.
The team includes Chartered Physiotherapists and an Occupational Therapist, with experience in musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiac and respiratory rehabilitation, post-operative care and Parkinson's-specific treatment. Group classes run in 6-week blocks with limited spaces.
