About Dalton Physiotherapy
The practice describes a three-step approach: reduce pain through one-to-one treatment, restore function through a long-term exercise programme, and prolong relief through prevention and tailored Pilates. Sessions are described as one-to-one with the physiotherapist, with no assistants.
Ciaran Dalton qualified from the University of Brighton in 2006 and specialises in chronic spinal pain and foot and ankle pain. The team also includes Sarah Skwarchuk, Caoimhe Garvey and Garrett Carlile, who is clinical lead at Stillorgan, where physiotherapist-led exercise classes also run.
