About Lifting Legends
It was founded by Eoin and the team behind EMF Lifting and Laughing, who say they have over a decade of experience supporting people with differing needs through adapted fitness and strength training.
Sessions are 30 minutes with no more than 4 people per group, and 1-to-1 sessions are available if needed. A personal assessment is carried out before sessions begin.
