About Skincheck Greystones
Full body skin checks examine all moles, lesions and sun-damaged areas with a dermatoscope. Suspicious lesions are photographed using the MoleMate skin imaging system. Single lesion spot checks focus on one lesion the patient is concerned about.
Minor procedures such as mole removal and biopsy are carried out at the Bayside Clinic, usually on Monday, Tuesday or Thursday afternoons, and not at the same time as the initial consultation. Complex or sensitive-area lesions are referred to plastic surgery colleagues.
