About Helios Floating Sauna Dún Laoghaire
The sauna sits on a custom-built floating platform in Dún Laoghaire Harbour with views over Dublin Bay. It seats 12 and sessions start on the hour. Helios Sauna was founded by Matt Burke and Mikolaj Piotrowski, who started with a barrel sauna on Bray seafront, and also operates a rooftop sauna in Bray and a site in Wexford.
Two themed sessions run weekly: a Silent Session on Tuesdays and a Ladies Night on Wednesdays, both 9:00-10:00pm. Booking online is recommended, although walk-ins are accommodated where possible.
