About Monday Studio
Reformer classes are split into Level 1 for beginners, Level 2, and a Mixed Level class. Instructors suggest having 8 or more Level 1 classes before moving to Level 2, and 6 or more before a Mixed Level class. There is also a Men's Reformer class open to beginners through to mixed level.
Mat Pilates at the studio blends classical and contemporary Pilates and often uses props such as hand weights, bands, balls and blocks. Prenatal, postnatal mum and baby, Pilates for osteoporosis and Pilates for menopause are listed, and a Hot Pilates class is mentioned.
The reformer private sessions note that prices can differ for specialised one-to-ones with the in-house physiotherapist.
