About Rathmines Pain & Injury Clinic
John Shevlin qualified as a Neuromuscular Therapist in 2010 and began working from Swan Leisure that year. He has worked with Leinster Rugby, the Dublin senior football team and several international squads, and is the author of the book Revitalise Your Body.
The clinic uses a four step approach: a detailed musculoskeletal assessment, hands-on techniques with laser therapy and activation exercises, whole body and joint endurance work, then individualised strength training. Methods include NeuroKinetic Therapy, Anatomy in Motion, the SFMA and the FMS.
