About All Fitness & Health
Aisling has over twenty years of experience as a neuromuscular therapist treating soft tissue injuries and chronic pain. Treatment aims to pinpoint the source of the problem, using techniques such as myofascial release, deep tissue work and trigger point therapy.
On the fitness side she works with active adults aged 60+ and with women in their 40s, 50s and 60s, as well as perimenopausal and menopausal women. Sessions run in small groups or one to one, and home visits are possible for both therapy and fitness.
