About Jake Beirne Fitness
Every session is a full-body workout built around paired exercises and lasts about 45 minutes. Each client has their own barbell and bench, with dumbbells from 2kg to 45kg, and Jake loads and clears the equipment.
A new programme is set each month, and each session repeats the same structure weekly so weights and reps can be tracked for progressive overload. Exercises include progressions and regressions for beginners, experienced lifters and people with niggles or old injuries.
