About Natália Sports Therapist
Natalia holds a BSc (Hons) in Sports Therapy from the University of Essex and is qualified in sports, holistic, lymphatic drainage and post-surgical lymphatic drainage massage. She began in manual therapy in 2020 and is undertaking postgraduate training as a Master Myoskeletal Therapist with the Freedom From Pain Institute.
Her clients include office workers with persistent neck, back and shoulder pain and recreational and competitive athletes. Sessions combine hands-on treatment, movement assessment, rehabilitation advice and education, and she says she will refer clients on if she cannot help.
